Maeve McGowan

Maeve brings a new and super exciting twist to the Perlut Lab–the first climate change-focused project.  Her work will use the 17-year data set to look at the timing of nesting by Savannah Sparrows and Bobolinks in Vermont in relation to warming trends.  Maeve is from Woolwich, Maine.  She is majoring in Environmental Science and minoring in both Climate Change Studies and Political Science. Post-graduation, she is interested in pursuing climate change research or policy, especially in the context of coastal Maine.
